A 4% convenience fee will be charged in addition to the tax for using a credit card for the rental. To avoid the additional 4% fee, check the paying cash box. The security deposit must still be put on a credit card.

Paying Cash ~customer-field-122~

1. RENTER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
  a.     I understand the above credit card will be used for both the rental and security deposit unless I select paying cash for the rental.

  b.      I understand no refunds will be given within 14 calendar days of the rental unless by owners discretion. If the owner decides to issue a refund 10% will be deducted to pay for processing fees.
  c.      The $2500 security deposit will be ran as an authorizational hold on the credit card listed above the day of the rental and will show pending on your card for 1 week as long as no damage is present upon return of the rented vehicle.

  d.      I certify that I am at least 25yrs of age.

 

Within an hour or two after submitting this form within normal business hours 8am-6pm a rental agreement will be sent to the email listed above to e-sign. If you do not see the email make sure you check your spam/junk mail.

By signing this form I agree to be charged for the above selected date, time, and machine(s) to be rented.
