11- 15 Miles $ 85.00 each way
16- 20 Miles $ 95.00 each way

$10 each additional 5 miles after that. Also does not include $10 per gallon for refueling the rental.

 a.     All money will be due on the day of the rental.

 b.     I authorize AZ Rentals to charge the provided credit card for any additional costs incurred in connection with the rental, including but not limited to damage, cleaning, fuel, or late fees, discovered after the return of the vehicle.

 c.     Cancellations less than 7 calendar days do not qualify for a refund. Rescheduling may be available.
