Pool Closing Form
|
***ALL POOL CLOSINGS MUST BE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE***
Pool Closings include:
- Removing skimmer baskets and handrails.
- Blowing out the lines and installing winterizing plugs and gizmo for skimmer protection.
- Winterizing the filter, pumps, and heater.
- Adding chemicals chosen by you.
Important Information:
- Technicians WILL NOT be able to balance water chemistry on the day the pool is closed. This service can take several days in some cases. If you would like us to balance your water chemistry before the pool is closed, please make note of that in the comments section below. (If you require us to balance the water chemistry on the day we arrive to close your pool, we will have to reschedule your pool closing and charge a Service Call in addition to the services of balancing your water chemistry.)
- Technicians WILL NOT clean or vacuum the pool during closing. This process can take a while, and stir up sediment and debris in the pool. The pool water needs time to clear up before it is closed for the winter. (If you require us to clean or vacuum the pool on the day we arrive to close your pool, we will have to reschedule your pool closing and charge a Service Call in addition to the services of cleaning or vacuuming your pool.)
- Any additional items not included in your pool closing will be due at the time the closing is complete.
What To Do Prior To Our Visit:
- Brush the floor and walls, and clean the skimmer and skimmer basket.
- Vacuum the pool. (Vacuum to waste if you have a lot of debris in your pool.)
- Balance your water chemistry.
- Lower the water in your pool below your skimmer. (If the water level is not lowered before we arrive, you will be charged for this service.)
- Leave all winterizing equipment and accessories near the pool on the day of closing.
